If your Extended Health Insurance allows for electronic billing, then we will directly submit your claim; otherwise, we will provide you with an appropriate receipt so you can send the claim for treatment to your extended health insurance. We accept Cash, Cheque, Visa, Debit, MC and American Express.
If your treatment is being claimed as a Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) or Workplace Injury (WSIB), we will complete the administrative forms and submit to the appropriate insurance companies / parties involved for payment directly to the clinic – you do not have to pay out of your pocket.
