Chris graduated from the University of Waterloo with an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in 2008 and from D’Youville College (Buffalo, NY) with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2012. He has experience in the public and private sector, both in Canada and the United States.
Chris has experience treating a variety of patients, from basic repetitive strain injuries and minor neck/back aches, sports injuries to post-surgical rehab in clinical and hospital settings. As a physiotherapist, Chris’s primary goal is to help restore, maintain and maximize the function, movement and overall well-being of all his clients. He strongly believes that each individual’s health condition is unique and implements a multi-modal treatment approach tailored to the specific needs of the patient. This may include: manual therapy (joint stabilizations, mobilizations or manipulations), soft tissue treatment, physical therapy modalities (muscle stimulation, IFC, TENS, ultrasound and laser) and developing stretching/strengthening exercise programs.
